"one of your client has a big tree fell into my property and I need your client information to file a claim about this incident. But unfortunately, it was pretty ridiculous that Jennifer Childers answers the phone and she said the owner has instructed her to not speak to me. you guys are licensed insurance and known this incident two weeks ago and didn't cooperate which is joke as a public company."
